BINANCE.US AND SEC AGREEMENT APPROVED BY U.S. COURT 🤝
U.S. district court Judge Amy Berman Jackson granted approval to an agreement between Binance.US, Binance, and the SEC that dismissed the temporary restraining order, which aimed to freeze all assets held by Binance.US.This agreement requires Binance.US to ensure that only its own employees have access to customer funds, addressing the SEC’s concerns.
Binance.US will implement measures to prevent officials of Binance Holdings from accessing private keys, hardware wallets, and Amazon Web Services tools of Binance.US.
U.S. based customers will still be allowed to withdraw funds while Binance.US provides additional information to the SEC to resolve the litigation.
