Kuwait's Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has officially confirmed an "absolute prohibition" on virtually all crypto-related operations in the country. 

When delving into their concerns about the crypto industry, they shared: “It is not linked to any asset or issuer, and that the prices of these assets are always driven by speculation that exposes them to a sharp decline.”

These new regulations are tied to Kuwait's ongoing efforts to combat money laundering and the funding of terrorist organizations.

With Kuwait's negative stance on cryptocurrency and the virtual asset class in general, we can assure you that our bluecoffeecup.jpeg (Brewski) will not be venturing into their territory anytime soon.
