Today’s Charts:

☹️ BRADY LOST $30M IN STOCK WITH FTX DOWNFALL

In 2021, as part of his agreement with FTX, the retired NFL quarterback received $30 million worth of stock for promoting the company through television ads and conference appearances. However, the stock has now become worthless.

For those who somehow missed the madness: Last November, FTX filed for bankruptcy, while its former CEO, Sam Bankman-Fried, is currently facing federal charges related to fraud.

Accompanying him during that period was his then-wife, Gisele Bundchen, who reportedly received $18 million worth of stock.

If the loss wasn’t bad enough…FTX customers are suing Brady and his ex-wife due to their endorsement of the platform ⬇️

📈 BITCOIN ORDINALS VOLUME GOING UP

According to the latest quarterly report from DappRadar, the inclusion of ordinal inscriptions on the Bitcoin blockchain has resulted in a trading volume exceeding $210 million.

The trading volume of Bitcoin Ordinals increased from $7.18 million in Q1 to $210.7 million by the end of June, marking a quarterly increase of 2834%.

In late May 2023, Bitcoin surpassed Solana to become the second-most popular NFT blockchain, trailing only Ethereum in NFT trading volumes.

Vitalik Buterin, the co-founder of Ethereum, praised Bitcoin Ordinals for reviving the "builder culture" within the Bitcoin ecosystem during a Twitter Space on July 7.

Vitalik showing some great sportsmanship, what a beauty 🤝

💰 ROBERT F. KENNEDY HOLDS BAG OF BITCOIN

Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, who has openly supported Bitcoin and accepted it for campaign donations, owns up to $250k worth of Bitcoin.

The timing of the Bitcoin acquisition is unclear, and it is unknown whether Kennedy or someone in his family made the investment. The records also do not indicate whether the Bitcoin holdings have been sold.

The involvement of digital assets, including Bitcoin, has become a prominent topic in the political sector, especially leading up to the 2024 presidential election.

No matter how much Bitcoin Kennedy owns, put things into perspective. We have a major presidential candidate who is all in on Bitcoin. Brewski already locked his vote in 😆.
