COINBASE TRIUMPHS IN COURT ARBITRATION LAWSUIT 😤
Coinbase secures relief from the U.S. Supreme Court as it successfully halts a lawsuit filed by a user, pending their defense of a lower court ruling appeal.Coinbase's 5-4 majority Supreme Court win pauses a class action lawsuit, and serves as a big win for Coinbase. The Brew Crew may have had a word or two with the Chief Justice.
Although this doesn’t have a large impact on the crypto industry as a whole, this is the first time a crypto company argued before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Could this win have an impact on the other lawsuits filed against Coinbase? We shall see, let’s just say July is going to be a big month.

The 🇺🇸U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of #Coinbase - the justices voted 4 to 5 in favor of the exchange.
